The web site you are on is owned and operated by FANTICKETS. Any purchases made on this website will show up on your credit card statement under the name FanTickets. All listed ticket prices are in US currency. The following are the terms that govern your use of the FanTickets website. By using the site, you agree to follow these terms.
Term Highlights (details follow):
· We are not the Box Office. We are ticket brokers. We bring buyers and sellers together.
· All sales are final. We give you a full refund if your event is canceled and not rescheduled.
· We specialize in hard-to-find tickets. The ticket price will vary from the face value on the ticket.
· Our tickets are guaranteed to be valid.
· A majority of our tickets are in-hand and will be shipped immediately. All other tickets will ship using the FedEx service you chose the minute we have them in-hand.

WE ARE NOT THE BOX OFFICE. We are not affiliated with any team, artist or venue.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Since tickets are a one of a kind, non-replaceable item, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. You agreed that you are responsible for your ticket purchase.
FULL REFUND POLICY. If your event is canceled and not rescheduled, you will receive a FULL REFUND for the amount you paid. In order to receive a refund, TICKETS MUST BE RETURNED TO OUR OFFICE WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE DATE OF CANCELLATION.
PRICING. We are tickets brokers. We bring buyers and sellers together. Tickets prices can vary from the face value on the ticket. Many tickets will sell for more then face value. That being said, it is not uncommon for tickets to sell for under face value on our website, particularly on last minute orders. Should you have a question about the face value of a ticket, contact us. We will gladly answer any questions that you might have.
FRAUD. We take fraud prevention very seriously. We prosecute all attempts at fraud to the fullest extent of the law. We reserve the right to cancel without notice any order that we believe has been placed in fraud. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS / LARGE ORDERS. You agree to provide a photocopy of a valid ID as well as the credit card in use. This is a security measure taken to protect both FanTickets and the client from unauthorized use of the credit card.
INVENTORY. The tickets on our site are guaranteed authentic. We thoroughly screen and check the references for every seller who lists on FanTickets. Much of the inventory listed on our site is real time and will be immediately secured for you once ordered. Not all seats are available at the time of purchase. For example, some seats are purchased as a season ticket package and will ship late from the venue to the supplier. Once the tickets are released from the venue the supplier will ship according to the FedEx service you chose. We reserve the right to upgrade your order at no extra cost if your seats are no longer available. Seats in all listed ticket groups are side by side unless otherwise noted.
SHIPPING. All orders will be shipped using FedEx. You agree that once FedEx acknowledges that the package has been delivered that we have done our job and satisfactorily delivered the tickets. We will do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Some tickets will be delayed. (Please see the above note under INVENTORY.) Once the venue releases the tickets we will FedEx them using the service you chose. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will get an estimated shipping date from the supplier for you.
You agree that if FedEx leaves any communication that your package has arrived we have done our job successfully. Refusing delivery or refusing to sign for the ticket package does not release you from your agreement with FanTickets.
If you feel that your environment is not secure for a general FedEx delivery or you would like to request a signature please contact us immediately at 866-321-8499 to add a Direct Signature request on your package. With a Direct Signature, FedEx will hand over the package to you (the person on the FedEx label). They will not leave the package in an open area. This is the most secure FedEx service. Your card will be charged an additional $3.00 for this service.
All orders are shipped to the billing address on your credit card. We reserve the right to cancel, without notice any order placed without the billing address. If you place an order and you have a need to ship to an address other than your billing address, please contact a FanTickets representative by phone to discuss the situation after you place your order. Should FanTickets agree to ship your package to a destination other than your billing address you agree to abide by the above terms and conditions.
FedEx will not ship to a PO Box. Should FanTickets agree to ship using a different carrier, you agree to all abide by the above terms and conditions.

LAYOUT OF THE TICKET. Tickets come in many different shapes and sizes. All our tickets are authentic. The suppliers name will sometimes appear on the ticket. This will not prevent you from using the ticket at the venue.
ORDERING ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT. Tickets ordered on the day of the event will be transferred by either a PDF file to your email or made available for pickup at a convenient location. We will immediately call the supplier to find out what last minute delivery options are available. If you are happy with the arrangements, we will move forward and process the order.
ELECTRONIC TICKETS. We guarantee the authenticity of any tickets we transfer to you through a PDF file. We carefully control the chain of custody of all tickets we offer for sale. You agree that you are responsible for the actual printing of the tickets. If you verbally agree to accept E-Tickets, you agree that once our email outbox shows that the tickets have been successfully sent to your email address that we have done our job. You agree that should you have a problem receiving or downloading the file that you will contact us immediately, we are available 24 hours a day at 401-300-6782 to help.
We are not the venue and have no affiliation with any artist or venue. FanTickets will not be held responsible for any changes made to the artists scheduled to appear at any given event. Should your event be postponed, you agree that the tickets you have in hand will be honored for the rescheduled date. Should your event be held at an alternate venue, you agree that your tickets will be honored at the new venue. Should the artists scheduled to appear at an event be changed and the event goes on, you agree that FanTickets has done their job satisfactorily.
Governing Law. You agree that any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the use of FanTickets or the Site will be governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to personal jurisdiction by venue in the state and federal courts of the State of Rhode Island, Kent County.
Force Majeure. FanTickets shall not be deemed in default or otherwise liable under these rules and policies due to its inability to perform its obligations by reason of any fire, earthquake, flood, substantial snowstorm, epidemic, accident, explosion, casualty, strike, lockout, labor controversy, riot, civil disturbance, act of public enemy, cyber-terrorism, embargo, war, act of God, or any municipal, county, state or national ordinance or law, or any executive, administrative or judicial order (which order is not the result of any act or omission which would constitute a default hereunder), or any failure or delay of any transportation, power, or communications system or any other or similar cause not under FanTicket’s control (hereinafter all of the foregoing is collectively referred to as "Force Majeure"). Notwithstanding the foregoing, FanTickets shall be permitted to terminate this Agreement with or without notice to the User in the event that FanTickets is prevented from performing hereunder due to "Force Majeure."
